For the purposes of applicable data protection law, we determine why and how the personal information described in this policy is processed.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal information we receive when you visit this website, use the enquiry form, or contact us by email, telephone, or WhatsApp about our services. Where you later become a client, the written agreement for your project may contain additional terms about how information is handled during that engagement.

This policy does not cover third-party websites or services that we link to, such as WhatsApp or your email provider. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide through the enquiry form

The enquiry form on our Contact page asks for:

  • your full name and business email address (required);
  • your phone or WhatsApp number and company or business name (optional);
  • the service you are interested in (required) and an estimated budget range (optional);
  • a description of your project or requirement (required); and
  • your confirmation that you have read this Privacy Policy.

The form checks your entries in your browser and then prepares your enquiry as a message, which you can choose to send through your own email application or through WhatsApp. The website itself does not store the contents of the form. We receive your enquiry only when you send that message.

Information you provide in other communications

If you email, call, or message us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your contact details, your business requirements, files, and any other details included in the conversation. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Technical information

When you visit the website, the hosting environment and related infrastructure may automatically process technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, referring web address, and the date and time of the request. This information is typically recorded in server logs used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the website available.

Where the website loads resources from third-party providers, for example web fonts, those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address so that the resource can be delivered to your browser. For information about cookies, please see our Cookie Policy.

4. How we use information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • to read, understand, and respond to your enquiry;
  • to ask follow-up questions and discuss your requirements;
  • to prepare and send a proposal or quotation that you have requested;
  • to carry out an agreed project, manage our working relationship, and issue invoices, where you become a client;
  • to keep the website secure, functioning, and protected against misuse; and
  • to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not use the information from your enquiry to subscribe you to marketing communications. Sending an enquiry does not require you to agree to receive marketing.

5. Basis for processing

We process the personal information you provide in an enquiry for the purpose for which you provide it, which is responding to your request about our services. We process other personal information where you have given consent, where it is necessary to perform or prepare an agreement with you, where it is needed to meet legal obligations, or on another basis permitted by applicable law.

In India, this includes the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, to the extent their provisions are in force, together with other applicable laws. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it, and we may be unable to continue responding to an enquiry without the information needed to do so.

6. Reviewing and responding to enquiries

Enquiries are received in our business email inbox or WhatsApp account, depending on the method you choose. They are reviewed by the business so that we can understand your requirement and reply using the contact details you have given. We may contact you to clarify the scope before offering any proposal. If we are not able to assist, we will let you know where reasonably possible.

7. Client engagements

If you engage us for a project, we will process the information needed to deliver the agreed services, such as project contacts, communications, approvals, and billing details. Some projects require us to access systems or data that belong to the client, such as website content, customer records in an e-commerce platform, or analytics accounts. In those cases we handle that data only as required to perform the work and in line with the client's instructions and the applicable written agreement. Clients remain responsible for having a lawful basis for any personal data they share with us.

8. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only where it is necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including with:

  • Service providers that support our business operations, such as email, messaging, website hosting, cloud storage, and accounting tools, which process information on our behalf or under their own terms;
  • Third-party platforms involved in a project you have agreed to, such as hosting, payment, advertising, or software platforms, to the extent needed to carry out the agreed work;
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants or legal advisers, where reasonably needed; and
  • Authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or a lawful request from a government authority, or where it is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

9. Processing outside India

Some service providers we use, such as email or cloud services, may store or process information on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we rely on providers that maintain reasonable security measures, and any transfer is subject to applicable law, including any restrictions notified by the Government of India.

10. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, and then delete it or make it anonymous, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. In practice:

  • enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a reasonable period in case you wish to continue the conversation, and are then deleted;
  • information relating to client projects is retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as needed for support, record-keeping, and dispute resolution, in line with the written agreement; and
  • records such as invoices are retained for the periods required by tax, accounting, and other applicable laws.

You may ask us to delete your enquiry information at any time, as described in section 12.

11. Information security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, and alteration. These include restricting access to business accounts, using services with account security controls, and taking care when handling project credentials and client data.

No website, email, or messaging service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Messages you send by email or WhatsApp are also subject to the security practices of those providers. Please do not send passwords or other access credentials through the enquiry form. If credentials are needed for a project, we will agree a suitable way to share them.

12. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how it is being processed;
  • request correction, completion, or updating of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request erasure of personal information that is no longer needed, unless we are required to keep it by law;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • raise a grievance about how your personal information has been handled; and
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, where this right is available under applicable law.

To make a request, email Paswanpriyanshu973@gmail.com with enough detail for us to identify you and understand the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. We will respond within a reasonable time and within any period required by applicable law.

If you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you may be able to approach the Data Protection Board of India or another competent authority, as provided under applicable law.

13. Children's information

Our services are intended for businesses and organisations, and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
